Meet Our Governance Team
Discover the committed individuals guiding Perth Seniors Fellowship’s leadership and governance. The Board of Directors is our deliberative body which is responsible our by-laws, policies and oversight. Executive staff are officers appointed by the board and they carry the decisions of the board into force, while carrying on the management of the Perth Seniors Fellowship on a day-to-day basis.

Governing Law
- Not-For-Profit Corporations Act (Ontario), also known as ONCA (also consult the guide to ONCA)
- Seniors Active Living Centres Act, 2017 (Ontario)
- Charities Accounting Act (Ontario) – set out how the property of charities is to be governed to ensure it is used for its intended purpose
- Trustee Act (Ontario) – tells us how we have to invest our funds
